We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all purchases. If you're not completely satisfied with your Mas Vida Labs product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery date
  • Unopened and in original packaging (except for defective or damaged items)
  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • Not expired or past the best-by date

How to Initiate a Return

Starting a return is simple:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1-2 business days
  4. Pack your items securely and attach the return label
  5. Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return:

  • We'll inspect the returned items within 2-3 business days
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days
  • You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange a product for a different item, please contact our support team. We'll process your exchange as quickly as possible and cover any price difference if the new item costs less.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items
